Oh, Fank You!

My fabulous bloggy friend, Saskia, bestowed upon me this most sought after award!

I'm supposed to share with y'all, seven things I love and that make me happy, and then pass the award on to some deserving victims, *ahem* recipients. Going along with Saskia's theme, I'll leave out the obvious (friends, family, animals) and give you a more obscure list, unique to me!

And I realize I spelled "fank" instead of "thank." That's how Aidan and Taryn say "Thank you," so I'm going with it.

1. I love to travel. Ok, this one may be obvious, but I had to throw it on the list. It may be because I recently (read: yesterday) booked a trip to San Diego for the weekend following my San Francisco trip. I also found out that my mom has a hook up for a deal in Las Vegas at the end of the year. Can we say $33 hotel rooms (and no, they're not in the ghetto)?! Looks like Vegas is a go for my 30th! I also love getting to the airport and knowing you're jetting off somewhere. I don't necessarily like to fly...

2. I love blogging. I really do. It is such a great outlet for me. I started this blog back on January 1, 2008, as more of a personal, online journal. After I got reading many of the blogs I follow today, I realized the creative outlet this could become, and thus it has grown. And I love it. I hope you do, too!

3. I love being girly. I love getting my nails done. I love doing pedicures with Aurs. I love going to get waxed (not necessarily the waxing itself). I love shopping. I love doing my makeup (when I have the time). I love being silly, and giggly when it's just the girls.

4. I love clean sheets... which is funny because I don't wash my sheets nearly as often as I should. I sleep alone. It's not like I'm sharing a bed with someone else's germs, right? I'm trying to be better about washing my sheets more often. I just hate making my bed... it's up against a wall and a total pain in the ass to make. I'm trying to get over it!

5. I'm sorry, but I have to put this one on the list. I love anything and everything Twilight. I love the story. I love the characters. I love the moral dilemmas incorporated into each book. I love getting lost in it all. And I love finally having the movie on DVD... so much that I have two! I also love RPattz... and since he's all incorporated, I won't give him his own heading... even though he totally deserves one!

6. I love a clean house.... which is funny as well, because as I've gotten older, I've become quite messy. Again, this is something I'm trying to be better about. It's a lot easier to keep things picked up ever since The Great Cleanout (most posts within that heading are related)! It's still not something I'm good at, but I'm trying!

7. I love photography. I love taking pictures. I love looking at others' work. I love seeing something so beautiful or quirky that I want to capture it forever. I love portrait pictures more than I love candids (although candids are the best when they actually turn out the way you expect them to). And with that, I wish I had an SLR camera so I can further my hobby!

With that, I'd like to pass the award on to a few deserving individuals:
