Makeup & Weddings & Marines, Oh My!

A friend of the family got married over the weekend and I did the makeup for the bride and her sister. You've seen their pictures before, but these are new! Check out the befores and afters over on my Makeup Blog. The wedding was out at Camp Williams in the Officers Club. The ceremony was over in about 7 minutes... my kind of wedding! Above is Cassi and Mike (we love a boy in uniform)! Below are Ron and Sandi - the parents of the bride. This is the cake (obviously)... It was asymmetrical and black, white and red. Very cute. Covered in Gerber Daisies. Loved it! Although, the asymmetric thing didn't quite work out so well... it was cute anyway!

That is an interesting cake, I thought maybe it had fallen or something until I read what you wrote!

I tagged you in my blog today.

Yeah, the cake was strange... but cute. I tried to pick the best picture to illustrate it's asymmetry.
Jen - Most people at the wedding thought it was falling over.

SB - I'll totally do your makeup, if you'll fly me out!

Saskia - Yes, very fun weekend, but I have no plans to attend the concert. I don't think you could pay me enough to go!

Jaime - Just fly me out. I'd love to visit the East Coast. I can't be of much help with techno stuff, but I can definitely do the makeup!

CW - Thank you!
