SF'09 - Froze Our Asses Off and The Cab Ride from Hell

Is it sad that I'm sick of recounting the San Fran trip? As a result, I'm giving a quick run-down of Sunday's activities...
Noelle and I went to Tiffany to buy me a necklace. They didn't have the length I was looking for, and she ended up buying some really cute earrings.
After that we took the Trolley down to Fisherman's Wharf to check things out. We were supposed to meet the rest of the group in Sausalito around 2, but that fell through and is a whole other story. We froze our asses off at the wharf.

Noelle and I grabbed lunch at The Boudin Bakery and it was really good. Too bad we had to scarf it down so we could try to get warm and out of the tornado we had to sit in outside.
After lunch we grabbed a cab and asked to be taken across the bridge to the main part of Sausalito. It was truly the cab ride from hell. The driver was psychotic and Noelle actually threw up in her mouth because he was driving so horribly! She sent me a text (while sitting next to me) that said, "Just know I love you bc we are going to die!" Yeah, it was that bad.The whole reason for going to Sausalito was to get something for my mom. Let's just say she had no idea where she got the other one from and basically sent us on a wild goose chase. We lasted in Sausalito for about 30 minutes. It was sooo worth the money to get to and from the island! And yes, I'm being a smart ass!

We took the ferry back to San Fran and had to sit upstairs (where we were exposed in the wind) because the smell on the two decks below was unbearable.
This is Coit Tower
Some dude playing his guitar with his dog for the tourists. Yes, the dog has a hat and sunglasses on.
This is the view of Alcatraz from the ferry.
Back at the hotel we met up with Rose and Michelle. They had plans with Jen & Joe for sushi. Noelle and I decided to skip it since I'm allergic to shellfish and they didn't have much else to choose from on the menu. Noelle and I ended up going to the Oriental Pearl for dinner. It was good, but I'd probably try other places before I'd go back. After dinner we were going to meet up with the rest of the group for drinks but ended up chillin' in our room and watching TV. Very exciting, I know.
Random picture of a few docks full of seals. Kinda funny!
That's it for the adventures of Sunday. I'll finish up with Monday's goings-on and then we'll move onto San Diego, bitch!

Aurs - I knew calling them seals sounded wrong. Thanks for the clarification!
