Mary Can't Smile Because She's Had Botox

I originally titled this post "Dancing, Sex and Other Crap" but changed my mind...

And when I include Dancing & Sex in the same sentence, just know that I am NOT referring to the lame-ass dude who calls himself "Sex" who tries out for every reality show known to man. In fact, it pisses me off that I'm even talking about him...

I have a confession to make. I cheated last night. I watched SYTYCD without Auri or Jessica. I'm an asshole... I know. But it was the first real episode of the season and I just couldn't wait. And let me tell you, I am sooo happy I did it, because it was awesome! I had a hard time not calling to vote for each of the couples. Yes, they were that good.

BTW, the "Naughty Ballerina" chick needs to lose the naughtiness. Is she dancing on the show or starring in porn? The finger biting and simultaneous cock-eyed looks are growing old fast! She's a great dancer... go with that!

You want to know something? I love Adam Shankman. And if he weren't gay, I'd marry him. He has got to be the most complimentary judge they have on the show and I love that he freaked out after almost every dance last night. He was truly entertaining and had me cracking up for two hours straight. I think they should keep Nigel, Mary and Adam as the three judges and then add in a fourth guest judge every week. It would really spice things up. Especially since he always gives construtive criticism instead of ripping the dancers to shreds if they screw up.

I've got a problem with the fact that some of the contestants might have a bad week due to the luck of the draw. I'm referring specifically to the 2nd dance by Asuka & Vittorio. They picked a Broadway-style dance and were paired with Tyce Diorio who choreographed a dance that was pretty cute, but not great. I can't decide if it was the choreography or their performance that turned me off. Maybe it's the pairing of them as a couple. Who knows...

Ok, I think I'm done with that. I just have to say that this early on, I have no favorites, but I'm sure I'll develop a few... and I'll let you in on them when I decide. You can be sure I'll be talking about this weekly. Maybe I'll make my own meme called SYTYCD Thursday... ha!

And it really pisses me off that I can't find any pics of this season's contestants to use on here!

I was going to include some sex-talk in this post, but I think it deserves a post of its own... so I'll be back with that in a bit!
