Hi Kids.... some of you may know that I love the band called Rise Against. I've been listening to their music for three or four years now and I listen to it at least weekly, if not daily. Well, I just bought the new album called "Appeal to Reason."
And let me tell you something about my nuroses... I have issues with change. I get into a groove and stick with it. I do the same thing with my bands. I come to love a particular album, and then when a band releases a new one, I get really apprehensive about buying it for fear it won't be nearly as good as its predecessor. I always give in, and then very timidly listen to the new album. On top of that, because I'm on the defensive about the new stuff, I'm not as objective as I should be while listening to the cd for the first time. I know, I'm weird. We've already discussed this. Did you not turn and run when you read "my nuroses" at the beginning of the paragraph?
Anyway, I love the new album. Appeal to Reason is a great cd all the way through. I don't know all of the track names yet so I can't point out specifics. Ok, Ambien is talking now, so I should go to bed. Ciao bellas!
