Round 1

Step 1: Prepare the can

Step 2: Prepare yourself physically and mentally

Step 3: Hold can to mouth, throw head back, open up throat and take it all in (don't forget to throw can on ground as soon as it's empty)

Step 4: Wallow in self-pity because you lost to a girl

Step 5: Gloat because you won

Round 2 -

Step 1: Prepare the yourself and the can - say to the camera, "I'm gonna do it this time."

(Notice the beer chugging stance)

Step 2: Winner (female) - Try not to ralph

Female Loser - Laugh at the male

Male Loser 1 - Pout

Male Loser 2 - Bend over to hide the tears streaming down your cheeks
