Free Hugs

I read on Twitter that my friend Anna is having a crappy day, so I clicked on her most recent blog post to see what was up. All the title said was "need a hug" and was followed by a few words with a link to another post.

Naturally I clicked on it and watched the video. I have to admit, I got a little teary... but I love it.

I think we forget how important the power of touch is. Take some time to give someone you love a big hug...I'm sure it'll cheer you both up!
