So apparently the Direct TV at the house got shut off. I'm assuming it's because the bill hasn't been paid... And the reason the bill hasn't been paid is because they haven't sent me one. How the hell am I supposed to pay a bill if you don't notify me how much I owe you!? WTF?!Zak called the other day and said the cable wasn't working. Seirously people?! It's hard enough to handle things when you're at home, let alone Alabama. And he can't do much about it because it's in my name.
I had received a few automated calls from Direct TV asking me to call them back during normal business hours. Those calls came in way later than their "normal business hours." If there's a problem with my account, how about one of you call me directly and let me know there's a problem so I can work to remedy it!? There's an interesting effing idea!
I'm a little pissy as well because I had to spend the weekend in Alabama. But most of you know that already because I've been bitching about it for a while now. Not only did I have to stay here all weekend, we worked all weekend... kind of the reason we stayed in town, but still. It's the last thing I wanted to do after being sick.
On that note, I'm finally feeling better, even though I'm still not 100%. Oh well, better than the way I felt last week. I shouldn't complain much though because poor Noelle has bronchitis, pneumonia and a sinus infection. She had to stay in bed on her 35th birthday... sad, huh?! Send good vibes her way. She needs them.
I get to come home tomorrow afternoon and I couldn't be more excited! I think Auri and Di and I are going to dinner and I can't wait. I haven't seen Di in a long time! Jessica told me not to make plans on Friday night, so I guess something fun is in store there. And to top it all off, I have a date on Saturday. Woo hoo!
Ok, enough bitching over here. I hope you guys all had a "funner" weekend than I did. It shouldn't have been hard! I promise I'll get the Vegas stuff together here soon. I just need some time to sit and sift through it all. Time that I obviously haven't had!

I don't get to watch tv too much, but I do enjoy it when I do. I would be so pissed if that happened!

Direct Tv has some of the worst costumer service ever. Most of the people who call you can not speak English. I had a man who clearly sounded like he was from Pakistan tell me his name was Brad Pitt. Yes, Brad Pitt! When I asked him where he was located he refused to tell me.
They have the worst billing practices ever as well. The computer and customer service will not have the same amount due.
working all weekend sucks. and because i had to work all weekend, i refuse to work tonight. so instead i'm watching sesame street - endlessly. i guess it wasn't andrew's turn for the remote tonight
Grrrr. Hate dealing with companies like that... so unbelievably infuriating!!!

I always have issues with Time Warner. Customer Service is always a pain at these companies.
