hopefully your closing went smoother than mine. other than the theft of the attic stairs...the seller's real estate agent crashed our closing, threatened to pull the plug on the deal (while we were signing the papers), insulted our agent (who wasn't even there), took credit for the rate we got on the mortgage (our broker was there) and picked a fight with me that ended in me calling security to have her thrown out of my dad's office.
