I'm sitting at Beans and Brews right now freezing my ass off. I don't understand why they feel the need to keep the temperature set at 60 degrees all the damn time. My fingers are so cold they're numb... and I can't type. Welcome to Random Tuesday Thoughts, sponsored by Keely. 
I got a new phone, finally. It's the Motorola Droid and it's pretty effing cool. According to a friend of mine, it rivals the iPhone in almost every area you can imagine. There are only a few differences, plus it has a slideout keyboard. That was the biggest selling point for me because it can be hard to type on a touch screen with nails! The only downside is no more BBMessenger.
Odum hooked up my TiVo, but since I don't have a home phone, we couldn't connect it properly. As a result, it's been screwing things up with the cable and we had to disconnect it. I kinda want to cry. Guess I should cancel the service and get it through my cable provider, huh? Does anyone have DVR through DirecTV? If so, how is it?
As a result of my TiVoless existence, I've been missing SYTYCD... and I'm sad. I'm hoping that I can find it on Hulu, because as Cass has told me before, everything is on Hulu. Please don't let this be the time she's proven wrong!
This is my little brother and a friend of his at another friend's wedding. I've been thinking a lot lately that moving in/buying a house with him was the dumbest thing I've done in a long time. I understand living with a roommate is never easy, but I'm so sick of dealing with him. I like the picture though.
I'm sorry, but I NEED this dog. Isn't it cute? I think NeNe would get along with it just fine. She's only a little nibbley so I think we could make it work. Not that I have time for a puppy, of course, but it's fun to wish.Southwest has fares on sale right now for as low as $39 each way. I think we'll be booking our annual Vegas trip in the next couple of days. We're going in October this time... long story, not really exciting enough to tell. So, if you wanna go, let's do it!

if fares are that low, i absolutely demand that you go somewhere OTHER than vegas! like...salem, mass. dress as a slutty witch and walk around town, yo! it's just like vegas but with history!

Not only do we not have Hulu up here, we can't watch the video on demand on any of the US TV websites...really sucks the big one!
My friend just bought a house with her brother. But they get along really well. When I lived at home, my brother and I got along a little. When he moved out for a bit, we got along great. But he wondered why I didn't get a two bedroom place so he could live here. Because I could never live with him. He's too messy and noisy (guitars, keyboard, listening to music, etc).
If you guys go to Vegas when I have my week off, I may be able to go. (Depends if I go to London or not).
