I'm sitting on the floor and my ass is numb.
I got 3 hours of sleep last night and had to be to the airport at the ass-crack of dawn this morning. I decided it would be a great idea to spend an extra $90 to fly First Class on my first flight... Let me tell you, it was a very well spent $90! Until today, I was a First Class Virgin... I've officially become a woman! Well, a woman of leisure, anyway.In case you hadn't figured it out, I'm back in 'Bama this week. Just for a few days... and then I'm not sure when I'm coming back, but I'm thinking it's going to start becoming a lot more frequent again... which isn't the best, but that means I'll get my Medallion status sooner and can enjoy the benefits of being a frequent flyer, FINALLY!
Did I mention the weather here is gorgeous? It is. 84 degrees. Nice and humid. It's even warm at night! I love it. I may just end up moving down here to get away from the GD Effing snow!
I started a new series of books a few days ago... the Dark Hunter Series by Sherrilyn Kenyon. I'm not sure how I like her writing style, and the story is kinda cat-n-mouse right now, but it's really hot, so I'll stick with it! I'll let you kow how I like each of the books... I have to be honest, I'm missing my Brotherhood!
Parenthood is on... not the old movie, but the new TV series. I think it's adorable. Have any of you been watching it? This is only the 2nd episode I've seen but it's great!
You know how sometimes when you meet someone and you feel like either you've known them forever, or that you were just meant to be friends?! Well, I have a new friend. Many of you probably already know her... Big Mama Cass over at The World Through My Eyes... she rocks, and I totally adore her. So if you don't read her blog, you should. Stop by and say hallo!
This is so not as exciting as I was hoping for, but my brain isn't working, so what do you expect?! It's 10 PM and officially time for bed. This will be the earlies I've been to bed in a VERY long time... but I'm exhausted... and need to be awake and coherent for work tomorrow.
