Seriously?

So I have an appointment downtown this afternoon and I'm currently sitting in a coffee/tea shop passing some time. It's a really cute little place on 4th south called caffe d'bolla. Anyway, as I'm sitting here I'm observing the people around me and there is this girl who is getting ready to leave. She just wrapped a fleece scarf around her neck and put on her wool-lined coat. Hello?! It's 84 frickin' degrees outside... oh my hell. Are people really that oblivious to the world around them? The fact that I'm even asking this question means that I need to reassess... everyone is clueless. Pull your heads out people!
