A week and a half ago, Tom, Auri, Tristan, Aidan, Taryn and I went to the Thanksgiving Point Gardens. I've been wanting to take the kids down there since I went last year, and finally had the chance. I thought it would be fun for them to be able to run around and see all the flowers and fun things out there. I also wanted to go back with my camera so I could take pictures. Last time I went, I had no idea what it was going to be like, and I didn't want to lug my camera around with me, so I left it home. The last time I was there, we were virtually the only people around and it was really fun to explore the area without anyone in our way. This time we went on a night when the admission was only $2 and it was packed. It was definitely a different experience being crowded with people. We had a really good time while we were there, but I think next time, I'll make sure to go at a time when no one else will be there. Here are some pics from the gardens.
