This past Saturday was my graduation ceremony. Graduation was held on Saturday, May 3rd at the E Center. The ceremony was two hours long, but fairly short and sweet. I have the greatest family and friends... My mom, dad, Zak, Nana, Papa, Auri, Brittany, Karen, Rose and Noelle all came to the ceremony to see me walk. It was really awesome having them there.
After the ceremony we all went to lunch at Red Butte Cafe... and it was really yummy! Unfortunately, Brittany couldn't join us because she had to train for her upcoming triathalon. We all had lunch, as well as dessert, and had a great time. Once we all left, we decided to go home and take naps, then meet up later for a movie and cocktails.
Once we all met up again at the Gateway, we had pretty much missed the movie, so we decided to eat dinner first and then go to the show. Before we started walking to Baxter's for dinner, Karen handed me my graduation present. I had told her a month or so ago that all I wanted from her for graduation was a copy of the pictures from my birthday in Vegas. Well guess what? I got them... and they're fab!
I've got a ton to talk about... but I don't exactly have the time to write about it all right now. In brief, today I started my new job with Fox Systems, I'm going to San Francisco over Memorial Day, and I'm paying off my Lane Bryant card this week! I promise to write as often as possible this week so get all the updates in!
