Salt Lake Marathon 5k 2008

On Saturday morning, Rose, Noelle and myself walked the 5k in the Salt Lake City Marathon. It was sooo much fun. Our bodies were a bit sore afterward, but we had a good time. The 5k took us exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes, and we're shooting to improve our time for next year... perhaps even run it! We decided to each order a picture for motivation, and to use for a visual comparison next year. I definitely want to see how far I've come, after a year of hard work!

After the walk, we went to Starbucks for some coffee and to watch the winner of the marathon come in. I have to say, it was pretty cool. Afterwards, we went to breakfast and undid all the walking we did that morning.... in any case, the walk felt great and we're signing up for next year!
